Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aj444 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the Platform, you fully accept these Terms.

In these Terms, "aj444" or "the Company" refers to the entity operating the aj444 online gaming platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, live casino, and related services available on the aj444 website.

These Terms shall be read and interpreted alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

aj444 reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the amended Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All services of aj444 are available only to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. At the time of registration, the user declares that they are at least 21 years of age. The Platform may request documents at any time to verify identity and age. Registering with a false age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing a valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details correctly is mandatory. If any provided information changes, the account must be updated immediately.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Attempts to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are detected by the aj444 system, and in such cases all associated accounts may be suspended or cancelled.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

aj444 may restrict or prohibit services for users from certain countries or regions. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the applicable laws and regulations in their area.

Section 3

Account Management

3.1 Security & Confidentiality

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Passwords should never be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the aj444 support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

aj444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal. For this purpose, a National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-approved document may be requested. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through support. aj444 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. If fraudulent activity is proven, the remaining account balance may be forfeited.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has been completely inactive for a defined period may be marked as inactive by aj444, and the user may be notified accordingly. The user will be informed by email before any deactivation takes place.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Currently accepted payment methods on aj444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Payments made through any other method are not accepted. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the method and account tier. aj444 reserves the right to carry out additional verification to ensure transaction security.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the account from which the original deposit was made, which helps prevent money laundering.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

aj444 may reject any deposit or withdrawal request for the following reasons:

• KYC verification is incomplete
• Wagering requirements on the account have not been met
• Suspicious fraudulent activity has been detected
• Wagering conditions of an applicable bonus have not been fulfilled
• An attempt to make payment from a third-party account has been identified

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The aj444 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable only once per user.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games may be counted differently toward bonus wagering — the detailed terms for each offer will be stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, aj444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program & Cashback

The aj444 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; and Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Promotion to a higher tier is achieved through regular play. Cashback bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed on aj444 cannot be cancelled. Winnings will be credited to the account after the result is determined. If a technical fault in the gaming software causes any irregular result in a bet, aj444 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be refunded. In live betting, if a connection is lost, the bet result will be determined according to the record on the server.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games on aj444 are operated using software from trusted technology providers. The rules for each individual game are available within the game itself. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Technical faults void all payments.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

aj444 is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers. No guarantee of any specific outcome is possible and no such claim is made.

Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited, and any one of them may result in the immediate cancellation of the account and forfeiture of the balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime
• Attempting fraudulent activities, hacking, or system manipulation
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Unauthorized use of another person's account details
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Managing payments in a third party's name
• Organizing fraudulent schemes by inducing other users
• Any form of threats, harassment, or offensive conduct
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using platform content without permission

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Any dispute or complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.

Right to Amend Terms

aj444 reserves the right to change, modify, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the user's acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree to the changes, they may close their account by notifying the support team.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. Failure by aj444 to enforce any provision on a single occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.
